FAQ – Checkout, Orders & Support
How to Place an Order
Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
Go to checkout using PayPal or the standard checkout page.
Enter your email, full name, and complete shipping information.
If you have a promotion code, apply it in the Discount field.
Confirm the delivery address → provide payment information → click Complete Order.
After the order is completed, confirmation will be shown on screen and sent by email. Support: service@orivexxa.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact support with the following:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the issue
After review, the correct product will be shipped at no extra charge. Email: service@orivexxa.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email includes the order number and purchase information. If you cannot locate it, please check the spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Order modifications may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this point, the order may already be in processing. Contact:service@orivexxa.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Modify the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove

Use the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/IE for stable browsing.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Click PayPal → sign in → approve the transaction → return to confirmation.
Discount Codes
Enter your promo code → click Apply → the discount will be displayed in the order total.
